The power of positive re-enforcement should never be underestimated. This is why we love holding our annual presentation event. All of our candidates who completed their qualifications in 2014 were invited. This year we were delighted to have Peter 
Cheese, Chief Executive of CIPD join us. He gave a really inspirational speech and the candidates who were able to attend now have a fabulous photo with him – definitely one for the album!
We also had awards and prizes… is there no end to this! So, with a drum role our candidate of the year is Karen Coulson, Learning and Development Specialist with Willis Group. Karen not only achieved 4 distinctions in her Advanced Diploma in HRD, she was made redundant and found a new job, not an insignificant achievement! It was great to work with Karen again, she gained her Certificate in Training Practice with us a few years ago. See what she has to say here
Our student of the year is Hanna McGuffie. Hanna completed her Foundation Diploma in HR Practice in a very quick space of time – under 6 months. Maureen was her adviser and was really impressed with the quality of her work and the pace she set herself. See what she has to say here
Bottles of Ridgeview Knightsbridge sparkling wine were given to Anna Merrall who completed the Intermediate Diploma in HRM, her adviser Carol felt that the quality of her work was excellent. See what she has to say here
Terry Whitehead, General Manager at Rugby Cineworld was also awarded a bottle of bubbly for his amazing work on the ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management at Level 5. He was a part of a group of candidates.
Not to be left out we also gave Amanda Grindall, Director of Leadership, NHS KSS Leadership Collaborative and Kerry Forster, Associate, Cullen Scholefield a bottle of bubbly. They completed the ILM Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at Level 7. Amanda’s work was outstanding and how could we not give one of our own a bottle of bubbly. See what they have to sayhere
What an amazing day for us and for our candidates. Some of the team even braved the crowds and managed to get some Christmas shopping in!!
