Mark is a vastly experienced Learning and Development and HR professional who has worked in both the public and private sectors. As L&D Manager with a large public sector Organisation he devised and implemented a wide range of interventions to enhance performance and embed change. These included introducing a Coaching culture and in-house Coaches, implementing a values-based Competency framework and a management development programme to support transformational Change. He is passionate about developing engaging and flexible learning interventions which deliver measurable and lasting performance enhancements for individuals and Organisations. He has extensive experience in recruitment and has specialised in competency/ values-based approaches and designing and delivering Assessment Centres.
Mark is a qualified coach and coaching supervisor with particular experience in working with colleagues who are facing significant career change and whose aspirations may be limited by negative self-perception. He believes passionately in the unique potential of all individuals is totally to supporting them in unlocking their full range of abilities. He is also a trained Workplace Mediator and a firm believer in the process of positive conflict resolution as an alternative to more formal processes.
