Kerry is an experienced HR Practitioner and Consultant with in-house and independent strategic and operational experience in HR and L&D gained across a range of business sectors in SME’s and global, matrixed organisations.
In addition to providing a full operational HR service across the employee lifecycle, Kerry has worked with leadership and teams on; employee risk and skills audits; restructures and reorganisations with associated multiskilling and large scale redundancies and outplacement services; business requirements and implementation of integrated time and attendance and intranet systems; performance management tools; job grading, evaluation and competency frameworks and resourcing and talent management for graduates and apprentices through to SLT.
A qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor Kerry is skilled in the provision of individual and team coaching and mentoring for enhanced personal and organisational performance. She is also expert in designing, delivering, assessing, evaluating and verifying training and development programmes particularly within the professional development / qualifications arena.
