It is really important to say thank you and we have an amazingly long list of people to thank this week!

First and foremost thank you for helping us raise £500 for Red Nose Day – the merry band of people who attended our evening at Café Rouge were challenged by Tamara Roberts’ fiendish wine tasting and also contributed to our £500! See their merry faces …

It was great to continue our relationship with Ridgeview and Red Nose Day and to also congratulate Ridgeview on their 20 years of being in business.

More thanks to Vicki, Gina and Robert for helping get the room set up with balloons and other silly stuff!

It was also good to surprise and thank Carol for 29 years of dedication and fabulous service with a gift of a red purse to help her remain powered up at all times. We try to get Carol into all sorts of mischief and she is currently planning our approach to the ILM Level 7 Coaching Supervision qualification. Peter will demonstrate our commitment to continuous development by going for this qualification in its first run. We definitely don’t like to rest on our laurels.

Huge thanks too to the lovely Toni Ross who has celebrated her first 6 months with us and what a difference she has made to the team!

More thanks to Nicola Drewry who works tirelessly on cleaning our database – she is our unsung heroine!!

On the techno side thanks to Pete Cogle for his great videos and John Hockaday for our new look website – work is still going on, so any feedback you can give us would be most welcome.

On the consulting side thanks to Isobel and Susan who will be working on our new qualifications for Learning and Development professionals. These will be available in August this year.

Thanks to Kerry and Les who continue to put our candidates through their paces at the end of their qualification, by internally verifying their work and holding professional discussions with them.

Thanks to Lesley Pearson who has been helping us map our processes to ensure that your experience with us is as slick as possible. She will be moving into our quality assurance area where her keen eye for detail will be greatly appreciated.

Finally, welcome and thanks to Ben Rom who is helping us crystallise our thoughts on our consulting offer. Maureen and Ben are also working on a programme to help those interested in Organisational Design and Development – we will be offering a CIPD Advanced Award in Organisational Design and Development soon.

Well I am all out of thanks and hope I have not missed anyone!
