George is a successful change manager with a track record of improving organisation performance, employee engagement, individual contribution and value for money. He has delivered projects across all areas of organisation design and development from structure and job design to reward and from HR strategy and policy to leadership development. He is passionate about vision, values and leadership that makes a difference and enhances people’s lives.
He has implemented competency frameworks, introduced performance and talent management; and designed reward strategies and reward systems as well as supporting clients through reorganisations and restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
George is a qualified coach. He has worked with leaders and teams to facilitate the liberating of potential by helping them to identify what they want to change or achieve, recognise what will help or hinder them in doing this, support them in identifying options, agreeing first steps, and providing feedback. He has also worked extensively with employees facing redundancy or a career change.
